Train · Strength & Speed
Speed is the foundation
As an athlete, if you are fast, you already have a leg up. Speed is trainable, and most athletes are never actually taught how to run. We train for fast twitch fibers, and we change the way the body works through repetition. Just like we can change how the mind works, we can change how the body works. We focus on building speed, agility, and power for real game performance.
The Method
Fascial-based power
We move in every direction, twist, rotate, bound, sprint, and load the tissues, so the fascia builds the organized, springy collagen that stores and returns energy. That is the difference between grinding through a game and moving like it is easy. Strong, elastic, and hard to break.
What You Build
Four ways we make you dangerous
Multi-Directional Strength
Real strength is more than a squat. We load the tissues in every direction, twist, rotate, bound, and brace, so you are strong in the positions the game actually puts you in.
Explosive Speed
Speed is a skill. We train acceleration, top-end mechanics, and the elastic power that comes from well-organized fascia, so you move like the game is easy.
Agility & Change of Direction
Cutting, decelerating, and reacting under control. We train the body to stop, plant, and re-explode, the difference between a step slow and a step ahead.
Landing & ACL Prevention
The injury risk that is actually trainable. Landing mechanics, deceleration, and hip and hamstring strength that protect the knee, especially important for female athletes.
How to Train
Built into every session
Strength and speed run through private and group training, layered with technical work so power shows up in the game, not just the gym. Grab your session and pick your time.
